THE ADOPTION PROCESS
1. Complete Adoption Application
Complete the adoption application.
2. Zoom / Phone Interview
Once you complete the application, we will get you scheduled for a Zoom call or phone interview with some members of our adoption committee.
3. Meet & Greet.
After you have been approved for adoption we will schedule a meet and greet with your potential new family member!
As a potential adopter we require you to make multiple visits to insure:
- Compatibility with the animal and adopter
- Establish a trust bond with the animal
- Learn the standard of care requirements of the animal.
4. In Home Visit.
We invest a tremendous amount of time and resources before and after adoption to ensure the best fit between the adopter and animal.
The final step in the adoption process is the in home visit to insure that you are set up to give the animal the the care and environment that the animal requires to enjoy a healthy and happy life.
