SOAR is dedicated to providing protection, rehabilitation, and placement for any animal that has been abused, abandoned, neglected, confiscated, or previously owned by people unwilling or unable to provide for the animal while providing permanent sanctuary for life to animals beyond rehabilitation or whose guardians wish to give their companions a sanctuary lifestyle.
